Questions
Who can add records?Verified dealers and workshops, for the cars they service. Each record shows the business that added it.
What happens when an owner names us?The record comes to your Verify records list with the owner's invoice. Confirm it if you did the work, or decline it. Either way it stays labelled as supplied by the owner.
Can more than one person use the account?Yes. Invite your team by email and choose who can manage billing.
What if a record about us is wrong?Dispute it from the record, or from the link in the email we send when an owner names you. No account is needed to dispute.
